دعاء الهم والحزن
O Allah, I am Your servant, the child of Your male and female servants. My forelock is in Your hand. Your judgment upon me goes forward, and Your decree for me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You named Yourself, revealed in Your Book, taught to any of Your creation, or kept in Your knowledge of the unseen: make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the removal of my sadness, and the departure of my worry. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sadness, incapacity and laziness, cowardice and stinginess, the burden of debt and being overpowered by people.
