I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed. Allah: none is worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. Everything in the heavens and on earth belongs to Him. Who can intercede with Him without His permission? He knows what lies before them and behind them. They grasp nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursi encompasses the heavens and earth, and preserving them does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent.

We have entered the morning, and all sovereignty belongs to Allah. All praise belongs to Allah. None is worthy of worship except Allah alone, with no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He has power over all things. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and what follows it, and seek refuge in You from its evil and what follows it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the hardships of old age, from punishment in the Fire and punishment in the grave.
