STUDY HABITS
A study routine that lasts.
Small, repeatable steps make studying easier to begin.

Start with one clear task
“Study maths” is a large instruction. “Practise five fraction questions” gives you a place to begin. Keep the first task specific and manageable.
Make room for breaks
Work in a focused stretch, then take a short break. Adjust the length to the learner’s age and attention.
Finish with a quick review
Write down one thing that is clearer and one question to bring to the next lesson.
